Ms. Ewing is the Principal Consultant for Your Life's Path, Career Counseling and Consulting, a consulting firm that specializes in the Myers-Briggs, Strong, FIRO-B, CPI 260 and Murphy-Meisgeier assessments. She has assisted clients with career counseling, interpreting their assessment results, clarifying their career goals, understanding their work styles, learning preferences and overall personality type. She is based in St. Petersburg, Florida and works with clients throughout the United States. She has also assisted companies with teambuilding exercises, improving departmental communication and establishing career paths for employees.
Ms. Ewing started Your Life's Path and been in business for the past two years. Prior to her work with Your Life's Path, she had her own staffing company in San Jose, California where she successfully worked with many Silicon Valley start-up and software companies to assist them with their recruiting and employee relations needs. In addition, she has worked in the technology, pharmaceutical and staffing industries since 1987. She is a former Director of Human Resources for a Fortune 500 company where she managed the Human Resource function for 1100 employees.
