He had been a trainer, consultant and coach for over 10 years in San Francisco and Silicon Valley and have worked with coaching clients from many nations. He had developed and delivered technical instruction using PBET (Performance Based Equipment Training) methodology on a variety of public and proprietary software and hardware products.
