Mark Adornetto is the founder of ADORNETTO CONSULTING. He worked for 3M Corporation for 15 years learning and providing world-class training and world-class customer service. He received many different awards and one for an innovative idea for the use of Post-It-Notes ®.

He had been a trainer, consultant and coach for over 10 years in San Francisco and Silicon Valley and have worked with coaching clients from many nations. He had developed and delivered technical instruction using PBET (Performance Based Equipment Training) methodology on a variety of public and proprietary software and hardware products. He teach Critical Thinking, Business Research, Management, and General Studies courses for the both the University of Phoenix and the University of Phoenix Online.
