Career Information And Guidance By The Uncommon Individual Foundation ,PA,USA.

The Uncommon Individual Foundation is a non-profit foundation. Our mission is to assist individuals in making meaningful decisions at key transition points in their life. Through our unique profiling, presentation methods and proprietary technology, we provide useful information regarding educational and career transitions, personal and profesional development.

We help individuals (from high school age and up) identify their exclusive and personally unique competitive advantage. We use our proprietary systems and databases to analyze individualized survey findings, then we employ unique presentation methods including diagrams to facilitate visual understanding and to provide useful individualized information.

We have developed a three-step process of Knowledge, Preparation, and Navigation that de-mistifies and enhances the potential for success for an individual's life transitions. Knowledge refers to the process of unveiling individualized information based upon an individuals self-assessed responses, processing this information can provide new developmental insights. Preparation is accomplished through an interactive process in which the insights are investigated and refined into focused goals. Navigation involves the implementation of an action plan in coordination with our concept of protege-driven Open Mentoring. We use this powerful triad of interrelated activities to provide contextual insights, viable choices and integrated solutions to enable you to manage your life transitions.
