THE REDUNDANCY ADVICE NETWORK [RAN ] is an independent provider of advice and practical support to organisations wishing to soften the blow of redundancy. It was established in 1989 to spearhead a network of responsible organisations concerned for the welfare of people losing their jobs.
RAN provides a range of consultancy and redundancy services to employers, as well as providing resources for individuals fearing or facing redundancy. RAN's philosophy is to be affordable, fair and above all else, highly professional in every aspect of its work.
