Survivability-The Skills, Attitudes and Learning needed to survive and thrive.

SurvivAbility, quite simply, is the ability to survive and thrive, no matter what life throws at you. It is a mindset, a way of thinking based on self-reliance and resilience.Survivability is "employability" but from the individual's perspective.

Comprehensive and fully Canadian, this training program is for experienced career practitioners, workshop leaders and coaches in search of ways to fully explain "employability" and at the same time to encourage and instill self-reliance and career self-management skills in clients and students.

Workers: Are you on the job, looking for work or advancement? Survivability is career self-management.
Career Practitioners/Agencies: Are you working to help others build and live successful lives? Survivability is a powerful model.
Employers: Are you hoping to enhance the "employability" and productivity of staff? Survivability training can do the trick.
