The Career Development Profiler (CDP) has been developed by chartered psychologists over the last five years and successfully used in career counselling programmes at all levels from undergraduates through to senior managers. The original instruments were developed in conjunction with City University Business School in London for Masters and MBA students drawn from a wide range of nationalities and ethnic groups.
The CDP is an integrated career development programme which will enable you to make informed decisions about your future career. It really does work! The CDP can be used as a cost-effective 'stand alone' career development tool or together with a qualified counsellor.
The CDP comprises:-
Tests of - Work Interests, Motivation and Personality.
Results will appear on your screen in seconds, in two parts:-
Detailed answers and explanations to all three tests plus a personality profiling system matching your personality to appropriate career choices.
A Career Development Action Plan and a Self Assessment Questionnaire which will help you review the results and decide what they really mean in your own unique case and then help you design your own career plan.
